この日、東京で雪が降った日の夜、この時間に交通機関に乱れがなくなってよかった。今日は若くしてミシュランの星を取り、９年連続ミシュランしかも2つ星を続けている菱沼さんに伺った。
午後６時開店の時間に伺った。今回は河豚コース15000円、河豚はこの冬は日本料理や寿司やで出てきたのを合わせてもう１０回目、そろそろ河豚は終わりになるが、去年の倍近いペースで食べている。

このお店はワインリストが豊富だ。7000円から高いものだと30万円ぐらいまでずらっと揃えている。いいワインを１本空けたくなるがぐっとこらえて、グラスの白ワインにした。
河豚の煮凝りは、少し濃い味付け、これは私には向いていないとおもったが、河豚コースなのだが、次の松葉蟹これは美味しかった。多分河豚以外でもすばらしいものを作っているのであろう。
ふぐさし、この冬食べた中で１番とは言わないがこれもかなり美味しい。薄切りだが、コリコリ感がたまらない。ふぐのから揚げも美味しいが、驚いたのふぐちり、よく出汁をとる為骨が多い部位を出すのだが、お店によってはそれが１人２つで食べごたえがないところもあるぐらいだが、このお店はお一人様５切れ、しかもかなり大切りで、骨の少ない部位もあり、ボリューム感満点。お一人様分でこれほど身の部分が出てくるのはめずらしい。
そのおかげか結構よく食べる私でも雑炊を食べてお腹は一杯。お酒も沢山飲んで大満足。
この日は朝雪が降ったせいだとは思うが、６時にはお客は我々のみ、テーブル１０席とカウンターがあるのがひっそりしている。７時ぐらいに他に２組が来たが、お店のキャパを考えるお客が少なくてちょっと心配になる。
また、女将さんと思われる方の接客や、最後挨拶して頂いた大将は丁寧な接客をされるのだが、バイトと思われる方はどうだろうとおもうところがあった。
でもこの河豚のコースを食べる限り、美味しい料理を年中作っているお店であることは間違えないだろう。次は初夏にまた食べに来てみよう
