日展を鑑賞後に、国立新美術館3階のレストラン入り口の椅子で、ランチの順番待ちをしていたら、偶然、大学同級生夫婦に会い、4人で一緒にランチ。子供が小さいころ家族付き合いしていたので、妻同士も仲良し。メニュー・ブランを食べながら、今の仕事のこと、孫のこと、などで楽しく会食しました。
