ChefA century-old chef who laid the foundation for modern French cuisine
In 1958, he took over his parents' Restaurants, and in 1965 it was awarded three stars. In 1961, he received the MOF (National Order of the Most Outstanding Craftsman), and in 1975, he received France's most prestigious award, the Legion of Honor. In order to convey the wonders of French cuisine to future generations, Paul Bocuse founded Restaurants, hotels, schools, foundations, and the world's top cooking competition, Bocuse d'Or, based in Lyon. He devoted all his energy to the development of modern French cuisine.

The appeal of Brasserie Paul Bocuse is that it offers French cuisine that firmly inherits Paul Bocuse's culinary philosophy. Enjoy the same cuisine as in Lyon's brasseries. The store has a 180-degree view at the top of an inverted cone that rises above a 21-meter-high atrium. During the day, it's bright and airy, and at night, the sunset seen through the glass curtain wall creates a magical atmosphere. It is a place where you can enjoy ``discount'' with delicious food and conversation while immersing yourself in the afterglow of art.
