【リエット】パンとカレー風味のマッシュポテト
→パンはかなりハード系でした。時間が経つとガチガチに固くなって食べにくさがありました。
マッシュポテトはカレーのような味わいで面白い組み合わせでした。美味しかったです。
【メインディッシュ】★サワラのローストと薩摩芋のフォンダン
→アーモンドがたっぷり使われていました…風味がすごい…想像以上に美味しくて、パンに浸して食べたりしても美味しかったです。
サワラは皮がパリッと身はフワッとしていて最高に美味しかったです。
薩摩芋のフォンダンはバターの味がしっかりあって甘さもあり美味しかったです。
【デザート】★“ムッシュ ポール ボキューズ”のクレーム・ブリュレ
→これに全てを持っていかれました…
めちゃくちゃ美味しい…美味しすぎました。これを食べにまた行きたいと思えるくらい好きな味でした。
表面は薄くコーティングされて、パリッと、中はバニラビーンズたっぷりの甘いとろとろなカスタードが(৹ᵒ̴̶̷᷄﹏ᵒ̴̶̷᷅৹)♡︎♡︎

→ホットを選ぶとポールボキューズの可愛いマグカップで提供されます。
