場所は六本木一丁目駅から徒歩3分位です。
エディション・コウジ シモムラ は下村浩司さんがオーナーシェフとして2007年にオープンしました。以来ミシュランの二つ星を獲得しています。
アミューズブーシュが4品もでてきて最初からびっくりです。どれもが感動する程美味しい。
ソースが特に個性的で素材を引き立てている感じがしました。
デザートまで感動の連続でした。
