ハズレがない…
一皿ごとにとんでもない拘りがあり、とても美味しくてハズレがない！
やっぱり、この店は星5だなー
それでも、その中でやっぱりフカヒレが1番印象に残ってる。
他の料理もそれぞれ感動したけど、ここのフカヒレがまじで好きだー。
味、食感、風味の全てがどストライク！
そして、全体的に半年前と比較して進化してる。常識を疑い、新しい調理や組み合わせに挑戦し、ここまでの完成度に持っていく知識量の多さ、センス、、、素晴らし過ぎる。
基本的に1年待ちの予約ですが、次回は半年後に予約とってるので、また秋に！
