The counter seats are designed so that the chef's hands are directly in front of the guests, allowing them to enjoy their food while watching the food being prepared up close. The experience at our restaurant is entertainment, stimulating all five senses: the flames and heat rising from the wok, the sound and aroma of spices popping, the texture and texture of the food when you take a bite.

Shiyuki Yoshida. Born in Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture. After graduating from high school, he moved to Tokyo and gained experience at a high-end Chinese restaurant in Tokyo and the Mandarin Oriental Tokyo SENSE. After that, he went to France with SENSE's then-head chef and also worked on opening Restaurants in Paris (Champs Elysées). I hope to create new dishes that are not bound by fixed concepts by drawing on my experience both in Japan and abroad and making full use of various cooking methods, not just Chinese cuisine.
