Born on December 15, 1987 in Yame City, Fukuoka Prefecture After meeting Andre Passion at the Fukuoka Culinary Arts College, he became fascinated with French cuisine cuisine and moved to Tokyo to study there. After working as a hall staff member at RestaurantPACHON for two years, he became a kitchen staff member. Then, at the age of 29, he moved to France.・Worked at three local Restaurants: Doomained'Auriac⭐︎ in southern France, Michel Guérard⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎ in the Landes region, and Paul Bocuse⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎ in Lyon.
