西麻布の大きい交差点のローソンから青山霊園に向かって行くと、所在地ビルの噴水があるエントランスを見つけた。けど、どうもお店の入り口ではなさそう。隣りの焼き肉屋さんを通り過ぎて裏にまわると、こじんまりだけど素敵なエントランスがありました。
階段を上がった二階のお店はカウンターと個室の高級感ある内装。今日は個室。
先付けの白子 きれいな真っ白で臭みも全くなくて美味しい。付け合わせもポン酢ジュレも丁寧に作ってあってきれい。
鱧のお椀 おこげまぶしで優しいお出汁のお茶漬けみがありました。
お造り 白身三種 美味しかった。
鯛幽庵焼き ふっくら焼けてました。付け合わせの稲穂のお米が塩味のポン菓子みたいでほとんど食べてしまいました。
鰻の白焼き 皮がパリパリに焼けてて美味しかった。
宝楽焼 鮑と松茸美味しかった。海老も美味しく焼けてたけど、お塩欲しかったかなぁ。
この辺りでビールからお酒へ。お肉に合うお酒でおすすめの「貴」おすすめ通りの辛口でバランス良いお酒で美味しかった。そしてリーズナブル。
牛フィレの炭火焼き あっさりしてるけど旨みたっぷりで美味しい！「三切れじゃ足りないよ」と、一口目は思ったけど食べ終わるころには丁度良い量だと分かりました。
栗ご飯としじみのお味噌汁 美味しかったぁ。炊き立てのご飯って何であんなに美味しいんでしょ。かなりお腹いっぱいだったけど、お茶碗についでもらったのは食べようと頑張りました。残りをお土産にしてくれます。
ほうじ茶のプリン 正直、全然期待してなかったデザート、なんだけど美味しかった。ほうじ茶も甘さもほど良くて、ほうじ茶プリンに生姜ほうじ茶？と出てきた時は思ったけど、ピッタリ合ってて、お腹いっぱいなのにペロっと食べてしまいました。
メニューもサービスも大人向けな感じ。個室なんだけど、おしゃれなお知らせキューブがあるし、お知らせしなくても、食べるのが早い私達に良いタイミングで次のお料理をサービスして頂けました。しっかりとした個室なので、お隣などの声とか気にならないと思います。
量はしっかりあるけど、優しいお味(塩分控えめ？)でした。
