仕事忙しくて口コミかけてませんでした。久しぶりの口コミはエクアトゥールさん。
ずっと前から行きたかったのですが、中々予約取れずOMAKASEでタイミングを窺っていたところ、この度ベストなタイミングで取れて行ってきました。
ワインについては事前情報でペアリングにするのが良さそうだと思い、ペアリングを注文。
ワインのチョイスかフレンチ好きにはたまらないです。シャンパーニュ、プルゴーニュ、ロワール、ローヌ、ボルドーとバランス良く出してくれます。しかもそれぞれの料理と相性バッチリ。
料理も、高級食材を使いつつも、ちょっと普通のフレンチでは出てこないようなアレンジが加えられたものばかり。それでいて味は王道です。個人的にはフォアグラにフカヒレを合わせたものが最高に美味しかったです。
サービスも、高級店にありがちな圧迫感もなく、居心地良く過ごせました。
当然のようにお値段も高級感ではあるのですが、これは何度でも来る価値がありますね。
