今年で閉店するエクアトゥール。
初めて伺いました。
せっかくなのでペアリングにしました。
和の食材やスパイスが取り入れられていて独創的なフレンチでした。
最初の白トリュフは香りがすごくしっかりしてて美味しかったです。
あとは白子の西京味噌焼きと和牛サーロインが好きでした。
フォワグラとのペアリングで出てきた可愛いラベルのワインが甘くて好きでした。
いろんなパンが変わるがわる出てくるのが嬉しかったです。
メインとデザートは3種類ずつくらいから好きなものを選べました。
