麻布十番の南北線の出口からすぐのところにある焼肉店に
行って来ました。ネタ元はグルメ雑誌。新しいお店っていい匂いがして
ピリッとしていて好きです。
地下に降りて入口入るとワインセラー。すべて個室なのだそうで案内していただいたお部屋まで
まるで迷路のよう。トイレに行って店員さんに案内してもらわなければ絶対席には戻れなかったなという・・
ああ悲しき方向音痴＆記憶力のなさ。
メニューを見ながら色々な部位に目を奪われつつ、結局お店の方に色々とオススメを聞く。
赤身のお肉がいいとかサシが入ったお肉も食べたいとか・・漠然とした要望をスパッと見事に受け止めていただいた。
火が入るまで
セロリのナムルやサラダをいただく。
セロリのナムルはね、和風な感じでたべやすくてポリポリポリポリ箸休めにもとてもよかったです。
そしてお肉！！いろいろ頂いた中で特に感激したのが厚切りタン塩！！２９８０円だったかな？
結構ボリュームがあって、いろいろな焼き加減で堪能しましたが、
やはり両面軽く焼き目がついて中がちょっとピンク色の状態がベスト！ 旨味がギューッと詰まっていて
歯ごたえも抜群で噛むほどに甘い。これは絶対また食べたい！と思うタンでした。
