A hideaway located in a quiet area near Ajiro Park, 1 minute walk from Azabujuban Station. When you open the door on the second floor, a space with a nostalgic feel opens up. The small and clean interior of the restaurant has a warm atmosphere with Provence orange as the main color. The umbellata tree, which has heart-shaped leaves and symbolizes love, grows tall enough to reach the ceiling and looks cozy. Because my family runs a farming business in Oita Prefecture, our cuisine is very popular because it incorporates plenty of seasonal vegetables. Enjoy the simple and strong taste of vegetables. You'll be surprised at how delicious vegetables are, more than just a garnish. In addition, we ripen carrots and other foods to intensify their sweetness, and we reduce the amount of sugar used in our cooking, trying to avoid processing the flavor as much as possible.
