この日は麻布十番でひとりでディナー。場所は麻布十番駅の４番出口から３分ほど。ビストロ釜津田のすぐ近く、新しいビルの2Fにひっそりとあります。
店内はややクラシカルな感じ。
料理も恐らくクラシカルなタイプだろうと想定できます。
今回は幾つかあるコースの中から、
「活オマール海老コース」
というものを選択しました。
※もちろんアラカルトもあります。
まずアミューズです。蕪とカラスミを使ったもので、なかなか美味しく、
これからのコースへの期待が膨らみました。
前菜は「絶品！自家製スモークサーモンと季節の有機野菜」です。
スモークのかかったたっぷりのサーモンの下にはたっぷりの野菜。
なかなか良かったです。
こちらは「カナダ産 活きオマール海老のロースト ヴェニス風」です。
オマール海老の半身が使われており、ローストされて香りたっぷり。
身もたっぷりあり、美味しく頂けました。
肉料理は「不動の美味しさ 銘柄豚 林ポーク のグリル プロヴァンスハーブの香り」です。
林ポークは無菌豚としてしられています。
ゆっくりグリルすることにより、余計な脂が落ちているということでした。
確かに、脂分は気にならず、美味しく頂くことが出来ました。
デザートです。
最後にエスプレッソを頂きました。
総じて、最近流行っている現代風フレンチではなく、
クラシカルかつ誰でも親しめるタイプのフレンチだと思いました。
麻布十番という場所の割に安価でお得です。
