Food Ginza Candle's signature menu has evolved
``The original! Chicken basket, which is said to be the most delicious in the world,'' is our signature dish, carefully crafted over time. Although it uses breast meat, it is not dry and has a reputation for remaining delicious even when cold. The ``1950 Shrimp Macaroni Gratin'' is also a very popular item, second only to the chicken basket. The recipes for these menus have been revised many times since the days of Ginza Candle, and have evolved to please our customers.
Food No scientific seasonings used. All homemade special sauces
All sauces are handmade without using any chemical seasonings. Those who know about Ginza Candle say, ``Gratin is the best in the world!'' The béchamel sauce is carefully made using Haruyo Koi from Hokkaido and Echire butter from France. In addition, the demi-glace sauce, which is one of the characteristics of Western Cuisine restaurants, is made with plenty of tomatoes and aromatic vegetables and a base of sake, so it is a rice-based demi-glace sauce that has a different flavor.
