After graduating from Ecole Culinaire National Institute Japanese Cuisine, he moved to Italy for four and a half years at the age of 24. Trained at several Restaurants ranging from one to three Michelin stars. Studied under Massimiliano Arimo at the three-star ``Recalandre''. He was selected as a chef in the meat department at the same restaurant. After returning to Japan, he worked at a local Restaurants and moved to Tokyo in 2013, where he continues to work today.
