From Minoru Hasegawa to Kaoru HIROO

...o everyone who visited us. Starting in April, Hasegawa Minoru will be open two days a week, and on the five days a week, sous chef Tsuguhiro Tetsuji will be taking over Hasegawa's original cuisine, renovating the restaurant as "Kaoru HIROO". We appreciate your continued patronage.
