This is a store that just opened in Hiroo. Perhaps because it had just opened, we were the only customers that day who wanted to see it. I went to the stainless steel counter and was asked what I wanted to drink by someone who seemed to be the chef, and I ordered my first rococo beer.It was a beautiful beer that didn't interfere with the food like champagne.It was wonderful.They also seem to have a wide selection of wine by the glass. There was an amuse while I was there. A second amuse? Gakitte (I won't reveal the details as it would be a spoiler) Appetizer: Mackerel seasoned with apples, grilled with charcoal directly against the skin, and served neatly on a plate right in front of me. Personally, I was impressed by the steamed kueh and joke porridge sauce. (According to my research, it seems to be eaten for breakfast in Thailand.) And the main dish, duck, was cooked wonderfully, and the sauce made with plum wine was a combination.The beetroot compote and fava bean frit that came with the dish also did a good job. It was a fun and delicious restaurant where all the dishes were prepared right in front of you, making you feel like you were eating in the kitchen.

I came back about 2 months ago.The food was delicious, but I had a conversation with the chef, and this time he talked passionately about game.They have a wide selection of wines by the glass, and the drinks are good too. There were also fun dishes such as skewers and Shaved ice.
