Our signature dish, ``Yakifugu'', is made by rubbing the boneless upper body and bones of tiger blowfish into our homemade sauce, then lightly grilling it. Fugu eaten in a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) style is a completely new sensation. Please enjoy high-protein, low-calorie blowfish in a way that is unique to our restaurant and is a little different from the traditional way. Other recommended dishes include the `` soft-shelled turtle Nabe'' with a rich, collagen-filled soup that will leave your body feeling well, and Hot Pot `` soft-shelled turtle of Soft-shelled Turtle'', which was carefully prepared by the former Kokonoe chef.

"Chanko nabe course" where you can enjoy the taste of Kokonoe stable, which is unique to our restaurant, along with blowfish. Anyway, enjoy blowfish!
