焼きふぐ初体験！
友人と４人で訪問。ふぐが食べたいということでこちらにお邪魔しました。
お目当は「焼きふぐ」です。
焼きふぐと鍋を中心に一品料理で好きなものを注文しました。
焼きふぐは初体験だったんですが、これ面白いですねぇ。
厚みのあるふぐの身は焼いても美味しくて。
葱塩、辛味噌、大蒜で味付けされているので、そのまま食べても美味しかったです。
一品料理には面白いものも多くて、お鍋も美味しいし、ここはまた来たいです！

コロナ禍前のレビューのお店は再投稿することしてみました。こちらも何度も伺っているお店です。いつも通り早めの時間に予約して伺いました。
お刺身から初めて焼きフグへ。普段は定番三種なんですがこの日は追加でもう一種。梅の酸味がよく合う美味しい焼きフグでした。この焼きフグは他では食べられないと思っているので、ついつい伺いたくなります。そして白湯のフグ鍋を。こちらも間違いない美味しさです。
そんなに頻度が高くないせいか、伺うたびにメニューも変わっていて、その変化も楽しいです。ちょっといい感じにしたい日にぴったりのお店だと思っています。
