赤坂五丁目、円通寺通りにあるビストロ&バーです。
パリのキャビア専門店「ブタリ」の日本1号店。
昼夜共にブルガリア産キャビアと料理・ワインが楽しめます。
2018年7月開店。
昼訪問。
円通寺通りで一際目立つ、鮮やかな赤いファザード。
一軒家を改装した素敵な店構えです。
店内は1階にカウンター席、2階にテーブル席を配置。
1人からグループまで使い勝手がよいです。
店はシェフとスタッフの2名体制。
接客は感じが良く、スマートな対応です。
入店時に『時間に余裕があるか』の確認。
滞在時間が限られる昼はこのような気遣いが嬉しいです。
退店希望時刻を伝え、明るい2階席をお願いしました。
広くありませんが、2階はゆっくり出来る雰囲気です。
テーブル席が4名用2卓、2人用2卓。
ランチメニューは以下の通り（価格は税抜き）。
シェフの交代に伴いワンプレートからプリフィクスとなりました。
料理は選べる方がいいですね。
・前菜+メイン（1,800円）、平日のみ。
・前菜+メイン+デザート（2,600円）

・キャビア・テイスティングは1,280円（スプーン1杯）～
自家製パン、コーヒー又は紅茶付き。
注文したのは以下の通り。
●前菜+メイン（1,800円）
・前菜：田舎風お肉のパテ
玉葱炒め・ピクルス・マスタード添え。
パテ生地はよく練られ、肉々しさは感じません。
見た目よりも軽いです。
・パン、オリーブオイル
1切れ。
クラストはかりかり、クルトンのようです。
クラムはもちっとしているけれど、少々薄い。
瑞々しいオリーブオイルに浸すと丁度良い感じ。
パンでメインのソースを拭うには向いていません。
お替わりが出来たかどうかは不明です。
・メイン：本日の鮮魚
ソイのソテー バターソース、夏野菜のグリル添え
軽めのバターソースが芳ばしくソテーしたソイと夏野菜をまとめ、あっさりした中にコクがある仕上がり。
夏野菜はオクラ・蓮根・ヤングコーン・パプリカ・牛蒡・蕪・ズッキーニ・さやいんげん・茶色の米？。
野菜の種類が多いのは嬉しいですね。
一方、主役のソイの切り身は期待したより小さめで、あっという間にお腹の中へ。
これが一回り大きかったら、より満足できたと思います。
メインが終了した時点でやや足りない感。
・コーヒー、小菓子（チョコレートケーキ）
コーヒーはコクがあり、やや苦め。
チョコレートケーキは一口サイズ。
料理は軽めに仕上げてあり、野菜が多め。
全体量は少ないと思いますが、ビストロ料理より洗練されているという印象を受けました。
価格に対しては微妙に高い・・・かな。
料理の提供は前菜までに約10分。
その後のメインとコーヒーは待つことなく出され、退店は時間通り。
シェフとスタッフが頑張って希望の時間に合わせてくれました。
通りすがりに寄ったとはいえ、ゆったりした空間に40分弱の滞在は勿体ない気分。
急がない時に訪問されることをお勧めします。
忘れていましたが、ここはキャビア専門店。
時間がない時はさくっとキャビアとシャンパン・・・カッコいいですね。
