ChefA chef who creates new food value
Chef Yakushi Jinriku... Supported the famous restaurant "SUGALABO" as a chef for 5 years since its establishment. After becoming independent, we opened "unis" in the winter of 2020 to share Japan's wonderful ingredients, crafts, and culture. He visits over 700 producers nationwide and carefully selects only the seasonal ingredients that he is satisfied with. At the adjacent food incubation facility "SocialKitchenToranomon", he engages in various activities as a culinary producer.

selection course uses plenty of ingredients from all over the country carefully selected by the chef, allowing you to experience the seasonal flavors with all five senses, from appetizers to desserts. Mr. Seiichi Saito of Panoramatics is in charge of producing video and sound that matches the course. Served as creative advisor for the Japan Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai and creator of People's Living Lab for Expo 2025 Osaka/Kansai.
