Gastronomy (French: gastronomie, English: gastronomy) is the study of the relationship between food and culture. It is composed of various cultural elements, centering on cuisine. It was a wonderful experience for the taste, sight and mind. Not only the manager and chef, but also the staff's motivation and consciousness are high, so it's no wonder they got two Michelin stars. Each plate was served with a theme based on the altitude of the Andes, and wines from the Andes, such as Argentina and Chile, were served, allowing the participants to enjoy the experience while thinking about the region. It's a pairing course, and even dessert comes with alcohol, so it's a restaurant I would recommend to people who drink a lot.
