Finally, the visit came true. I went to MAZ. Chef Restaurants from Central (Peru), who was selected as the first place in The World's Best Restaurants 50 (2023). There is one course, and the dishes are served in turn on the theme of each altitude of Peru. This time I asked for a non-alcoholic pairing. Peru is located in South America and is blessed with diverse nature, including the Pacific Ocean, the Andes Mountains, the Amazon jungle, and arid regions. Ingredients and fruits that you have never seen or heard of come out one after another. It's an unfamiliar ingredient, so you can't remember it just by hearing it once, but all the dishes taste great! It's like you're really traveling, and you can think about Peruvian nature and the Inca civilization through cooking. It's a new experience that has never been seen before. I entered at 5 p.m. and thoroughly enjoyed the course and stayed until 8:30 p.m. for three and a half hours, which was a truly luxurious time. I will definitely repeat it again.
