パリパリのパートフィローにクリーミーな餡がたっぷり。
つぶ貝のコリコリ食感も◎
アメリケーヌソースが香ばしくてバランスの取れた一品でした。
自家製のパンを合わせていただきましたがしっとりとしたパンで小麦粉と酵母の香りが美味しかったです。

たっぷりのお野菜に、ブラックアンガス牛の赤身肉のローストがたっぷり。
型抜き等で彩りが豊かなのも楽しめました。
バルサミコ酢であっさりと頂ける味付けでした。
◯桜風味のブランマンジェとグリオットチェリーのコンポート
ワイングラスに入ったお洒落な一品。
グラフの淵には蝶々がいて、こちらは中に入れて崩していただきます。
桜が香るブランマンジェはもちもち。
グリオットチェリーのコンポートは洋酒がほのかに香る大人な味付けでした。
