Against this backdrop, we were founded as a `` Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that gives you energy.'' We will revitalize Japan from Kagurazaka by hearing the voices of farmers and brewers and providing inspiring hospitality. Miso used in cooking is not only delicious but also has the effect of regulating the intestinal environment, so it is recommended for those who want to energize their bodies from the inside out.

We have had many conversations with the brewer and have researched matching with miso dishes, so we are very confident in our sparkling sake lineup. They are full of uniqueness, such as champagne that undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle, rosé made with red yeast, etc., and the Awa Liquor Association-certified ``Nanbu Bijin'' and ``Mutsu Hassen'', which have strict ingredients and manufacturing methods, and the local sake Tensei. Kumazawa Sake Brewery, known for its sake, offers barrel drafts. Enjoy a fruity cup freshly poured by our server.

The miso from the miso brewery "Kojiya Saburoemon" in Nerima Ward is a masterpiece that has been using natural fermentation that relies on the five senses of craftsmen since its founding in the Meiji era. We serve this traditional Edo sweet miso with white dressing and potatoes. In addition, please enjoy the ``Shinshu Hiden Kakushizukuri'' which is delivered straight from the barrel with motsu stew, and the Kyushu barley miso ``Fundokin'' with horsemeat yukhoe. We also have Sendai red miso, Kansai white miso, and Tokai bean miso, and as a finale, try grilled mackerel pressed Sushi with Akita ginger miso.
