We recommend the 5-piece charcoal-selection fish skewer platter, selected from the 8-item Grilled skewer menu.◎The dried fish is cut into easy-to-eat, bite-sized pieces, skewered, and carefully grilled one by one over Bincho charcoal. ``Specially Selected Sun-Dried Mackerel'' is a fatty and satisfying dish. It is dried with salt, so you can eat it as is. You can add grated daikon radish and soy sauce if you like.
