Our pizza is Roman Pizza. It is characterized by a light and crispy texture. There are many pizza shops that bake their pizza in an oven, but most of them are of the type called Neapolitan pizza, which has a bulging edge and is soft and chewy. Please enjoy the difference from Neapolitan pizza. The firewood used in our kiln is of high quality and is sourced from a firewood shop as far away as Shikoku. The pizza has a distinctive light smoky aroma. Serve piping hot!

Other have a wide variety of drinks such as grappa and limoncello ♪ There are only a few restaurants in Kanda where you can drink Nastro Azzurro, an Italian Cuisine draft beer recommended by the owner that goes well with pizza. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to know the depth of the world of pizza!
