Others Three types of free-range chicken, including Japan's three most delicious chickens, raised freely and healthily.
Miyazaki Jidori chicken, Hinai Jidori chicken, and Nagoya Cochin chicken raised at our own poultry farm. We mainly feed organic vegetables, rice, and sea sand from contracted farmers, and use as little animal feed as possible. In addition, the animals are raised with special attention to food and water, such as adjusting the intestinal environment with homemade EM bacteria and giving them water with impurities removed. A clean environment is also maintained using a fungal bed of shiitake mushrooms and enoki mushrooms. In this way, we provide healthy chickens that have been fattened for a long time and raised free-range in a single course.
