何だこの鰻丼は！とインスタでたまたま見つけたお店に訪問しました。
水道橋、後楽園、春日から近くこタワーマンションの1階部にある創業70年以上のわたべさん。
特上うな重5500円は定番コースですが、
もうとってもおすすめしたいのは上の鰻を2枚使った閻魔重。蒲焼と白焼をまずはそのまま、薬味と山葵で食べて、最後に茶漬けという定番の食べ方だと食べ終わらないので、もう色々交互に食べました。
脂の乗り方、焼き方、タレもどれも美味しいけど、特に白焼のそのままが最高すぎます。鰻そのものを食べれてる。
また、食べたいおすすめのお店です。
