We receive a wide variety of ``Seasonal Namazake'' every month, from standard items to limited edition items. Normally, sake is heated twice before being shipped, but raw sake is shipped without any heat treatment. Because the enzymes, bacteria, and yeast in koji are still alive, you can enjoy unique flavors such as a fresh aroma, firm texture, and effervescent feel.
SpaceSoft lighting creates a calm, adult space.
The store has a warm interior with plaster walls and wood tones. From the counter seats, perfect for a night of sipping, you can watch the head chef's masterful knife skills. It's also a great conversation to have with the owner, who loves both alcohol and fish. With a good sense of distance, even one person can feel free to use it.
