ここもずーっと行こうと思ってたお店。
新宿伊勢丹のフランス展で出店してて、そちらで食べた際に、お店にも行きたいと思いながらずっと行けず・・・
FBフォローしてたら、なんとリエーブルをやってるというので、慌ててFBでリエーブル予約する笑
とれてよかった！
はい、乾杯のシャンパンの後は、ペアリングワイン、えぇ、値段が良心的なので6種でお願いします笑
てことでガブガブいきますが、少量多皿？て言って良いのか？一皿のポーションが小さいので結構酔っぱらいます。
満席なので提供時間もそこそこかかるし、お酒は進むから良いけど。
料理は全体的にそつない。トリュフピュレの温泉卵とかおいしいに決まってるやつだし、トリュフ良い香。（トリュフオイルかな？）が、少量のポーションて感動にかけるんだよね、私。笑
さて、念願のリエーブルも、おいしいです、美しいこのダークブラウンのソースね。ただ、やっぱりもっと量がほしかったかな～（どんだけ食うんだ）笑
連れは鹿のロースト。うん、美しい色ですね。火入ればっちりでおいしかったです。
デザートはさっぱりとした苺と、チョコレートの二段仕込み。これは良いね。
苺のガスパチョ、白玉入ってる、好き。笑
チョコレートムースも好きな感じ！
デザートワインまでいただいてご馳走様。
いやぁ、リエーブルにシャンパン飲んだからそこそこの金額ですね。
しかしこのカジュアル感で、この値段と全体的な感じは青山のラスっぽい感じもするなって思っちゃった。
こちらはジビエ押しだから、ラスとはあんまり一緒にされたくないかもしれないけど。笑
通年ジビエで考えたら、ラス行くならこっちのが私は好きだけどね笑

でも気軽にフラッといって空いてるかわからないと再訪は厳しいかも・・・？？？
