ソースはトラディショナルな旨味がある。料理に工夫が見られて少しの驚きとかなりの満足感を得られた。
休日の一人ランチ。
3850円のおまかせランチとビールを注文。
アミューズの豚のパテ、前菜は海老、サーモン、セロリ等のジュレ和え、菊芋のスープトリュフ風味、メインのヒラメ料理と鹿のジビエ料理、そしてデザートのプリンとエスプレッソ。
豚のパテはお淑やかな控えめな美味さだが、それ以外はどれもメイン料理だ。
菊芋のスープはトリュフの香りが抜群に良く、濃厚な菊芋スープとの相性が秀逸。
肉料理の鹿肉はしっとり旨味と香りが抜群で、トラディショナルなソースがそれを更に引き立てる。特に秀逸な一皿だ。
デザートのプリンはこの店の名物らしい。今流行りのこってりトロッとしているプリンかと思いきや、控えめであるが舌触りと旨味が濃くて食後のデザートとしてかなり嬉しい。
満足感たっぷりで店を出た。

祭日の１人ランチ。
当日の昼前に電話したら運良く空いていたので1人でお邪魔した。
おまかせランチの魚料理は何かと店主に聞いたら鯛のポワレと教えてくれたのでおまかせランチを注文。
前菜からデザートまで満足できるランチだった。
良い休日だ。
