お店は浅草から15分ほど歩いた裏路地にあります。シェフとソムリエさんお二人で回してました。
先付けの野菜のムースとサーモン、優しい味だけど素材がしっかり主張してる。期待が膨らみます。
2品目は名物のフォアグラの入ったモナカ。これは最高でした。絶対に毎回食べたい一品。
3品目がかぼちゃのブリュレ。これも甘みと塩味とパリパリ&クリーミー食感が美味しすぎる！これもマストで食べたい一品ですが季節ものかな。
4品目はブリのカルパッチョのようなお料理。玉ねぎの食感とタルタルのさっぱりした味付けが完璧でした。
次はきのこのスープ。ため息が出るような優しいけれどしっかりしたきのこと、ベーコンのようにも感じるカリッとしたチーズが合いすぎます。
そして魚料理。魚は鯛です。こちらのソースは本当に美味しいです。これがフレンチの醍醐味。
お肉はポーク。レンズ豆とセロリをこしたものがお肉によく合います。肉の旨みがしっかりして、噛めば噛むほど美味しいお肉でした。
このお値段でこのお料理は本当に素晴らしいです。1ヶ月ごとくらいにお料理も変わるそうなので、いつ行っても新たな感動を与えてくれそうです。
お料理の説明も詳しくしていただき、楽しくいただけました。お肉が苦手な一名への配慮も素晴らしかったです。ありがたい。
強いて言えば食べたお皿を片付けるのが早すぎて、急かされてる感じが少ししました。
大事にしたいお店になりました。ごちそうさまでした。
