不思議な雰囲気の店、「酔壱や（よいや）」
最近、帰省するたびに顔を出すお店。「酔壱や（よいや）」
店頭にはオブジェらしきものがあったり、不思議な雰囲気をかもし出しています。
まずは「レバーチーズ」。レンコンのチップスと一緒に出ています。
この葉脈標本ってどうやって作るんだっけ？とひとしきり盛り上がり。
希塩酸を使うんじゃないかと思ったんだけど、ぐぐったら水酸化ナトリウム水溶液でした。アルカリ性だったね。そーいえば。
で、続いて出てきたのは春のオススメメニュー。「アスパラと桜海老のドレッシングサラダ」だったかな？桜海老が思ったよりたっぷりで感激！の味でした。
最後の締めで自慢のうどんを。これはぶっかけうどん（冷）。
薬味がたっぷり効いていて、飲みすぎた後にさっぱり、いいお味でした。

11:30くらいに行ったけど、後から続々お客さんが来てあっという間に満席に。
