Late August 2023. My friend, who works as a board chef in the downtown area, and I headed to Toritsubaki, a solitary gourmet restaurant that has become quite famous, but it was closed even though it wasn't a regular holiday! I went to this store in Dontsuki for the first time in a while. The interior of the store remains almost the same, with tables, counters, and tatami seats in the back, giving you the freedom to sit at the counter. The current veteran-looking manager came to take our order, and since the base was already made with beer, I asked him to select local sake @450~, and my friend stuck to beer. The appetizer is colorful and comes with boiled seasonal vegetables, a towel, and a cold dish, so you'll be happy to have the cold dish even if you don't ask! As for the food, ●Warasa sashimi @ 780 yen (all tax included), ● Tuna yamakake, ● Stewed @ 380 yen, ● Cheese spring rolls, ● Horse sashimi, and ★3 types of dry local sake (small) to compare (local sake is reasonable) ) There was no doubt about Seafood and local sake. When I asked the third-generation store manager, who has been there for 10 years, that there was a Nishi-Nippori store in the past, I found out that there was someone who knew more about it, and a senior staff member came over and said, "There was, but the company had changed and the franchise was all gone." There were more experienced people like that ^^; He had been working at Donbei for 30 years and was also the second generation manager here? It's God❣

Late September 2023. After the concert, Toritsubaki was not open even though it was closed at 10pm and it was not a regular holiday, so I automatically headed towards this place. I ordered Lemon Sour @ 450 yen (all tax included) and ★ Super Dry (fresh medium) 580 yen, and the yellowtail radish @ 350 yen came soon, with a rich and soft taste. From today's recommended menu, ``Fresh Fish of the Day,'' I ordered ●Warasa sashimi @ 780 yen x 2, and the signature item ●Stew (with boiled egg) 480 yen.It was something good with the usual appearance and the usual feeling ^ _^ I ordered Warasa sashimi last time, and although I don't like farmed yellowtail, it was delicious without being addictive, so each person got one plate, and as expected, it was extremely fresh (apparently it's a subsidiary of Yonekawa Suisan, an intermediary wholesaler at Toyosu Market). The stew with boiled eggs also has a good CP at this volume, and the rich yet mild red miso makes it a great appetizer. Tencho Shiraishi, who is said to be from Miyagi, selected the sake for me and chose Wagayama Spirit Junmai Akita Prefecture 17.5% @ 450 yen, which was refreshing and smooth. To go with Japanese sake, try this: Salted and butter-grilled scallops @ 480 yen > The king of side dishes ~ ♪ The next bottle Tencho brought me was my turn Special Honjozo Fukushima Prefecture @ 520 yen The picture of the tiger reminds me of the team that was there this year ❢ It's dry and strong, but it's lighter than the previous one ~ My friend also refills it during his life. The cold sake seems to have a good rotation, all of it is fresh, and there is a wide variety at a special price.Today we had a lot of drinks and food and it was just 3,000 yen per person! It was a feast(._.)
