美味しい鰻が食べたい、と思い以前から気になっていたのだやさんに初めて伺いました!
入谷駅から徒歩30秒ほどのところにお店があります。
創業明治元年という素晴らしい歴史を持つ鰻の名店で、国産鰻の仕入れにこだわり
全国各地からその日に仕入れたおすすめの鰻がいただけます。
店内は1階にはテーブル席と、奥にカウンター5席のみの個室のようなスペースがあります。
今回はコースを注文したので、鰻を捌くところから目の前で見せていただけるというカウンターに案内いただきました!
おそらく2階にもテーブル席があるようです。
今回注文したのは夜のおまかせコース。
この日は愛知県産のかねみつと、宮崎県産のわしょうがおすすめということで、
2人でそれぞれ1つずつコースを頼むとメインのうな重はかねみつとわしょうのハーフにしてくださるとのこと!
鰻の食べ比べなんて贅沢すぎる・・!!
お値段は、ディナーだと1人税込16,000円前後。(鰻の種類やサイズによって多少前後するよう)
【コース内容】
・箸初め:ホタルイカ・ホワイトアスパラガス・菜の花・クコの実の酢味噌掛け
・八寸:鰻南蛮漬け、合鴨燻製、鰻の肝真丈、クリームチーズ胡麻団子、骨せんべい 等
・造り:鮪、ハタ、イカ
・焼物:肝串焼き
・強肴:鰻蒲焼天ぷら、新玉ねぎ、サクラエビのかき揚げ
・食事:うな重
・椀:肝吸い
・香物:漬物
・水菓子:イチゴ、メロン、キウイ
コースがスタートすると早速、目の前でうなぎを捌くところを見せていただけます!
鰻の焼くシーンは見ることはありますが、生きている鰻を一から捌いて串打ちにするまでの一部始終を見られるのは本当に貴重で、
職人技に釘付けになりました!
今からこの鰻をいただくのだな、となんだか感動。
コースの中で時に印象的だったのは肝串焼きと、鰻蒲焼天ぷら。
肝はまったく臭みや苦みがなくぷりっぷり!お酒が最高に合います。
そして鰻蒲焼のてんぷらは、蒲焼のたれの味が染みていて身がふっくらで美味しかった!
そしてなにより、メインのうな重です。
提供前に最後の仕上げ、オーナー自らの手で行う焼きの工程も見せていただきました。
うな重、、、絶品すぎました!!
お箸で切れるように皮目はパリッと仕上げられておりボリュームたっぷり。
わしょうの方はふわふわで後味に甘味も感じられ、かねみつはねっとりとした触感で鰻をがつんと食べたい人はこちらかも!
山椒が最高に合います!
贅沢な鰻でお腹が満たされ、幸せな気持ちになりました。
これから繁忙期になるとコースは停止になることもあるそう。気になった方は事前に確認すると良さそうです。
特別な日にまた食べたい。ごちそうさまでした。
