仕事を早く切り上げた金曜当日に
18時半に予約を入れて来店。先客は2組ほど。お酒を片手に賑わっている。
自転車できていたので、お料理だけに。

◆うな重 特上 4,290円 を注文。
15、20分ほどして、
肝吸いとお新香とうな重が届く。
ふたを開けると、ふんわりこんがりなうなぎにテンションが上がる。
一口ほおばると、なんとも上品な美味しさ。
タレは少なめで、うなぎの表面のパリッと感を楽しめる。タレをまとっても、かためで粒だったお米とよく合う。
山椒を少し振ると、爽やかな香りに包まれ、また美味しい。
しっかりめの味の肝吸いも良く、
よく漬かったお新香もご飯が進む。
女性はペロリと食べられる量、男性なら大盛りにしても軽いかもしれない。
最後の一口を口惜しく思いながら平らげて、贅沢な週末の夕飯、ごちそうさまでした。
