久しぶりに、あまり美味しくないイタリアンに出会ってしまった、というのが率直な感想です。
今回はイタリアンちらし寿司。お値段は4000円弱税込で、ランチとしてはそれなりに高いと思うのですが、このちらし寿司がなんともイタリアンに寄せただけのまとまりのない味。。
ウニの質はよくなく、甘みもない。それでいてお魚も新鮮さを感じない。
なにより、寿司酢の代わりにバルサミコを使うということでイタリアンらしさを出しているようですが、あまりお醤油と合わない、、
イタリアンに寄せるなら、調味料の種類を変えるだけでなく、お料理としてイタリアンに構築し直し、味のバランスを整える、という作業を期待していましたのでこの評価です。
デザートもお子様ランチのものかな？というクオリティで、前菜のサラダもファミレスレベル。
1000円でも躊躇してしまうクオリティでした。
