会社を去る後輩の要望で送別会は肉が良いという事で、月島焼肉ハラミ屋兎月 月島店で焼肉。
特にコースではなかったため、お店の人のお勧めを中心に予約必須と書いてあったハンバーグもオーダー可能という事で、焼肉で国産のタン、ハラミ、ハンバーグをツマミ的に炙りハラミユッケ、センマイ刺しなどを注文。
ハラミと言う店名が示す通り、ハラミのメニューが豊富だが、本店は牛タン専門店という事もありそちらの種類も多い。
入店当初、他にお客さんがいなかったため店員さんが焼いてくれたが、タンはタン元、タン先等で4種類、ハラミは国産脂ののった部位と外国産のヘルシーな物など出てきてバラエティに富んでいるが味もピカイチ旨い。
そして名物のハンバーグ、焼き加減は真ん中が少し赤い。
しかし、ユッケにも出来る鮮度の良いハラミを使っているらしく、これがまた最高に旨い。
肉を一通り食べ終わった後に、簡単なツマミを作ってくれるなど接客及び雰囲気も良かった。
最後に締めとしてスープカレーを食べたが、野菜を鉄板で焼いてカレーの中に入れるなど趣向も面白く結構旨い。
最近は脂が強い肉がだんだん苦手になっているのだが、こちらのお肉はそんな自分にも凄くマッチした。
最高のお肉を食べて満腹満足。
