Although Boso in Chiba is close to Tokyo, it is a treasure trove of ingredients full of seafood and mountain food! We are proud of Boso Italian Cuisine, which uses plenty of these ingredients.The menu changes seasonally, so you can enjoy the seasonal flavors. The fish is delivered directly from the Chiba fishing port and the staff purchases it directly from Toyosu Market, so it is very fresh. One of our specialty is [Kamayaki]. We bake fish, vegetables, pizza, and more all at once in our proud stone oven that reaches temperatures of over 300 degrees! The flavor of the ingredients is concentrated tightly, making it irresistibly delicious♪
