【浜松町】”岩桧葉”
浜松町駅、大門駅からすぐのところにある和×中華のイノベーティブフュージョン。
エレベーターついてすぐの入り口がバーカウンターになっており、最初は降りる階を間違えてしまったのではないかと思いました。笑
バーカウンターの横のドアの先に広いメインのカウンターが広がります。隠れ家感満載！
この日いただいたのはスタンダードコース(11000円)にドリンクのフリーフロー(5500円)。竹鶴や響、イチローズモルトなどフリーフローのメニューとは思えない希少なお酒が充実しています。
北京ダックは鷄ではなく鰻！いきなり和の要素、この組み合わせは間違いないです。北京ダックと思って食べると一瞬脳がバグる。笑
“よだれ鷄”はもも肉、胸肉の2種類。食べ応えのある大きめのカットで低温調理の鷄はしっとり食感。パクチーが添えてありました。旨。
この後にはお刺身。熟成刺身はかます、雲丹、マグロの3種。山葵、醤油、塩で。
フカヒレは底が茶碗蒸しになっており、この餡と茶碗蒸しと組み合わせはナイスすぎます。
“黒酢の酢豚”はとろっとろで角煮のような食感です。十五穀米の土鍋ご飯が同時に提供され、ご飯がすすむ!!
飲食店のイメージのあまりない浜松町ですが、落ち着いた空間でクオリティの高いコース料理が楽しめます!!
