酒は「飛露喜」！やっぱり旨いわ・・・
料理は「蕪かわつき」・「造里大間本マグロ、青森ひらめ」
造里に付いてる「ツマ」もいいよ。
酒に合う。
「白子餡」もいいなぁ～
「焼きぶり大根」ブリは中がレアで最高でした。
大根もいい塩梅で炊いてる。
追加料金で魚を「のどぐろ」チェンジです。
「のどぐろ」の甘辛美味しい！
「黒もずく」いいなぁ～
御飯はカニと湯葉の土鍋ご飯でした。
カニのいい香り・・・
最後、デザートの「胡桃餅」最高でしたね。
これは手間がかかってますよ。
お聞きしたら・・・1時間練ってるそうです・・・さすがです。
