Our dishes are made with plenty of Toyama ingredients and seasonal ingredients purchased from all over the country, and are simply seasoned to allow you to fully enjoy the natural flavor of the ingredients. The rice cooked in an earthenware pot uses soft water called ``Uozu Koshihikari'' and ``Ananotani Reisui,'' which has extremely low impurities, so you can enjoy the sweetness and texture of the rice itself.
