曇りの土曜日11:30に予約して訪問。
1番客だったが、後客の方は予約がほとんど。
お寺の門前だけあって、家族のイベントに使われているよう。
お魚のお昼メニュー 4,400円
豆腐のカニあんかけ（名前が聞き取れず）
最初から心を掴まれた。
蟹の出汁が効いているあんかけで、ねっとりとした豆腐を食べる。
水蛸に出汁のジュレとワサビソースをかけたもの
こちらも感服。
ワサビがそこまで辛くなく、風味だけが感じられて、夏にぴったりな一皿。
お造り
メバチマグロ、ヒラメ、白イカ。
白イカが特に甘い。
アサリのしんじょ
しんじょがふわふわ。アサリの味もきちんとする。
ナスの揚げ浸し
ナスがトロトロ。トマトと一緒に煮込んで、牛肉のしゃぶしゃぶと一緒に食す。
魚の塩焼きと天ぷら
ご飯、味噌汁、香の物付き
丸々としたメバルを一匹塩焼きに。
最初にマコガレイ、鯛、メバルの生魚を見せてくれた。
その日の厳選された魚から選べるのが嬉しい。
魚の種類と調理法を選択できる。
煮魚も魅力的だったが、今日は塩焼きの気分。
天ぷらはタチウオでコーンをすりつぶしたものを巻いて揚げたもの。
タチウオがふわふわでコーンの甘味があり美味しい。
デザート（ヨーグルトアイスにブルーベリージュレ）
さっぱりとしたアイス。滑らかで冷たすぎず。
どのお料理も、出汁がとても美味しい。
そして、温度も熱すぎず、冷たすぎず、適温で供される。
店内も綺麗で、店の玄関までの庭も素晴らしい。
非日常の空間で、お腹も心も満たされた。
