かつての職場の同僚と、その方からご紹介いただいた方との会食で利用しました。平日の18時00分からです。カウンター席からは八芳園の庭と、桜や楓の木々が眺められ、とても優雅な気分になれます。
コースのお料理とワイン、日本酒のマリアージュは食器も料理もドリンクもとても素敵で、いただくのが惜しくなる程です。
月替りで地方の食材を採用されているということで、この日は静岡県の食材を豊富に使ったお料理でした。
とても繊細で滋味のある料理が次々と提供されます。その間に会話が弾んだりすると、時々、撮影よりも食欲が勝る時があり、肉料理や香り高い桜えびのようなメインの料理は撮り忘れてしまいました。
良い雰囲気、美味しく美しい料理、洗練されたサービスの三拍子をありがとうございました。
