I visited with an acquaintance. I was impressed, so I'll give it five stars. Each dish is carefully prepared, so I recommend visiting with a close friend. The chef runs the kitchen and the dining area by himself, but he serves in a way that doesn't stress the guests at all. He has excellent timing, and when he has free time, he even chats with the staff. It's been a long time since we've had such a big hit at this restaurant. The quality is so good that it doesn't fit the image of the Gotanda area. The wine pairings are also perfect. It's all "selection," but you can leave it to them with peace of mind.
