幻の和牛と三崎港直送鮮魚の居酒屋モルゲン五反田駅前店さんへ
ちょっと飲みに行って来ました
飲食店が多く入るビルの７階
日本酒の瓶が並んでお出迎えしてくれました
ちょうど冷蔵庫の前を通って席に着きましたが
冷蔵庫の中にも美味しそうな日本酒が～～～
そうは言っても最初は生ビールで喉を潤しました
11月に入っても夏日連発の今年
ビールがとっても旨い！！
お通しは青木農園さんの新鮮野菜のピクルス
タコの唐揚げ
三崎港直送の蛸 とっても柔らかくてジューシー
マヨネーズをちょっと付けて頂きました
生ビールから角ハイボールにチェンジ
やっぱりハイボールも美味しいです(笑)
本日の朝獲れカルパッチョ
三崎漁港でとれたて地魚をカルパッチョにした物で
お醤油のジュレやお塩などで味付けされていました
そのまま食べられて簡単便利
新鮮なお刺身を堪能～～
ここで日本酒を満を持して注文(笑)

秋から冬の季節を日本酒の最も美味しい季節と考え
毎年10月に発売されるコチラのお酒
飲みやすくとても旨い日本酒でした
日本酒にあわせて炙り明太子も注文
軽く炙った明太子
こちらもマヨネーズを合わせると
辛みが丁度良くなり食べやすい
