週末に友達とお花見を楽しんだ後に行った居酒屋さんです！
五反田駅から徒歩3分位の場所にあります。
飲み放題付きのGOLDプランを予約しました。
店内は広々としていて、シックな椅子やテーブルが落ち着いていて、とてもお洒落でした。
まず、前菜２種。
もずくと土佐煮です。
土佐には出汁が効いていて美味しい。
もずくは少し苦手なのですが、クセがなくてとても食べやすいもずく。ほんのり酸っぱくて食欲そそります。
三崎漁港と豊洲の鮮魚盛り５点。
産地直送の新鮮なお刺身は彩りも綺麗で、初めて頂く鮮魚もあって5種全て美味しくてとても楽しめました。
国産生牡蠣は、大ぶりで身がプリプリで最高でした。お代わりしたくなる美味しさです。
塩麹漬け鶏ハム炙りは、低温調理なのでとても柔らかく、炙ってあるので香りもとてもよかったです。
お酒との相性も◎
地魚焼きもまた、シンプルな味付けで、素材そのものの味わいを堪能できました。
天ぷら２種とふわふわさつま揚げは、青木農園さんの野菜を使っていて、みずみずしくてとてもこだわりを感じられる一品でした。さつま揚げもふわふわの食感がやみつきになります。
そして、尾崎牛の肉寿司。
初めて食べた尾崎牛は旨みたっぷりで、肉寿司で食べれるなんて贅沢すぎました。
〆のあら汁はほっこりする味で、身体中に染み渡りました。
どのお料理も美味しく、大満足でした。
