前菜盛り合わせ 3.8 ブルーチーズがフワフワに泡立てられていて、独特の食感でとても美味しい。どうやって作っているか聞いたところ、企業秘密らしいが、自家製とのこと。ホルモンのテリーヌも珍しい。
牛すじとトリッパのトマト煮込み 3.3 若干ハチの巣の臭みが目立つ。牛すじも食感や旨味に優れているわけでもなく、標準的な味。
鹿肉 4.0 北海道産鹿肉。ジビエ臭もほとんどないことに加え、赤身なのにシャトーブリアンのように柔らかい。若干旨味に欠けるが、ジビエにしては上出来。
プリン 3.7 カラメルの苦味が強すぎるのが残念。食感も固めで好み、甘さも強すぎず美味しいプリン
